I just started the College Success Seminar and finished watching the opening animation, yet my course page did not reload with directions for completing the first task like the animation said it would?
Be sure you don't have a pop-up blocker enabled on your computer. If you do, either turn the blocker off, or allow my.ellis.edu. This should resolve the issue.

What should I do if I am having trouble with Microsoft Office 2007 compatibility?
Microsoft Office 2007 is now supported by the Ellis University virtual campus and learning platform. If you should experience any compatibility issues with Office 2007, we recommend downloading the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack. This Microsoft supported compatibility pack will enable users to work with both Office 2007 and all previous version of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Do you support Microsoft Vista and IE7?
Microsoft Vista is now officially and fully supported by the Ellis University Virtual Campus and Learning Platform. However, while we do not know of any critical issues caused by running Vista with Internet Explorer Version 7, if you are experiencing issues with Vista-IE7, you can download and run Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox).

I'm getting a permissions error when trying to edit an MSOffice template from a course...
Vista displays a permissions/security error if you open a template directly from a course web page and then try to save it. The workaround for this is to save the template to your computer first by right-clicking on the template link and selecting Save Target As, save the file to your computer, and then open the file from where you saved it.

I don't see in My Course Dashboard the class I am registered to start on Monday...
